Many taximeters come with
printers built into them. They are used to print receipts and to print out
statistics which the meter keeps on money and trips and miles, etc.|
The Centrodyne Silent 610 meter also can be
purchased with an external printer if you prefer. If you are purchasing an
integrated credit card system you will certainly need a printer to make the
receipts and slips the clients will sign in your cab. They require a little
custom programming to make your receipt include the company name and phone

The Centrodyne Silent 620 uses thermal paper to print your
receipt. It DOES NOT need a printer ribbon. We sell paper for the 620 at one
dollar per roll in pack of ten ($10.00).
The Pulsar 2030R uses thermal paper to print your receipt. It DOES NOT need a printer ribbon. We sell paper for the 2030R at one dollar per roll in pack of ten ($10.00).
The Centrodyne Silent 610 with a Silent 150 Printer (older printer) uses "impact" paper with a printer ribbon. To order a ten-pack of impact paper (at $10.00 for ten rolls) Use the following button.

Older Pulsar 2020R Meters used an impact printer with a ribbon. To order a printer ribbon for your 2020R Meter with Printer, first open your printer door and note whether your printer HAS a ribbon. If it does, you can order a new one with the button below. (If it DOES NOT have a ribbon, order Thermal Paper and not a ribbon! :-)) ) $8.95
